The ACCESS Program requires that patrons call into the Box Office (215.893.1999) to request tickets. Tickets will have to be picked up at the Box Office of the Academy of Music with one of the pictured government issued ACCESS Cards or an Art-Reach ACCESS Card.
The Academy of Music opened its doors in 1857 and has been showcasing some of the world's best artists and performers ever since. Today the theater is widely used for a variety of performances from Broadway to comedians, musicians and orchestras, seating up to 2,600 guests.

The Academy of Music Theatre Box Office is open for in-person sales Tuesday – Friday from 3 pm to 6 pm. Tickets may be purchased online from our website 24/7. Masks are strongly recommended for patrons. More info on our current health and safety guidelines can be found HERE.

Ticketing Service Hours. Our Contact Center is open Monday through Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
