The usual starting dose is 2 to 4 mg (1 to 2 tablets) three or four times daily Some patients may require doses of up to 8 mg (4 tablets) three or four times daily. The maximum daily dose is 32 mg. In case of intake of high doses of this medication, inform your doctor at once. General measures should be adopted.
