PermitLA is the City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) application to obtain online permits* for small projects that do not require plan check. For a list of these permits, click the link Online Permits Informational Bulletin.
A copy of LADBS Standard Plan No. 1. A foundation plan, prepared for the specific job site, that shows which standard plan details will be used on the various portions of the foundation and cripple wall system to comply with the provision of the standard plan.
