1 Αυγ 2019 · State Fishing Lake Information. Butler State Fishing Lake is located in Butler County 3 miles west and one mile north of Latham, Kansas. The area is a 124 acre lake and is surrounded by 196 acres of Flint Hills prairie. The Lake was drained for rehabilitation in 1980.
