Yes it's possible to get there via Lyft - take 101 N To Barhamn, turn Rt on Lake Hollywood Drive and drive to top. Turn right at Wonder View, go 1000' to beginning of hike area. It goes in a circle so you'll end up at same place. Just note the cell signal as you're going around so you can call for a Lyft when done.
