recently broke my rod,a custom built on a lami blank.Not built by lami.Anyone know whats covered,whats not?Any help is appreciated.thanx.
7 Αυγ 2022 · I tried repeatedly to file a warranty claim on a brand new rod still in warranty and never got a single response from the company.
20 Σεπ 2013 · So give them a call, use their 800 number and if you are asked to leave a message then give them your email address then. These people do more then take warranty deliveries. They have to evaluate each rod that comes in by postal service/ work the counter, find replaceable parts or set up a repair seclude
