  7. 20 Σεπ 2013 · So give them a call, use their 800 number and if you are asked to leave a message then give them your email address then. These people do more then take warranty deliveries. They have to evaluate each rod that comes in by postal service/ work the counter, find replaceable parts or set up a repair seclude
