The keyboard of my ACER Aspire 3 stopped working. I followed all recommendations which I found in Internet – related to driver and reset of battery- (while using a virtual keyboard), however, without success.
12 Ιουν 2024 · The simplest fix to your keyboard issue is to reboot your Acer laptop completely. To do so: Press and hold the power button of your laptop until the laptop is totally off.
27 Σεπ 2023 · First of all connect an external keyboard with usb and then try to download manually your drivers or delete device from device manager and then restart your laptop. It should be ok. If problem remains, then you should check if the connector is ok and then replace it.
30 Μαρ 2024 · Open the laptop up and disconnect that keyboard cable and clean the mainboard keyboard plug and the keyboard cable pins and reconnect the cable and see if the keyboard works, if it doesn't then replace the keyboard as a replacement keyboard is not that expensive to buy and/or hard to replace.
