Application Process. The application for the ELEVATE Kentucky Class of 2025 is now OPEN! Two references are required and the application must be completed in one sitting. There is no option to save and resume. Once the application window closes, a private selection committee will review all submissions and letters of recommendation.

Created in 1984, Leadership Kentucky Foundation is a non-profit educational organization which brings together a selected group of people who possess a broad variety of leadership abilities, career accomplishments, and volunteer activities to gain insight into complex issues facing the state.
