Leith Toyota has a very attractive offer when you buy a new-car that they will provide FREE oil changes every 5,000 miles. What they fail to tell you is that in order to get these "free" oil changes, you must also purchase $80 worth of services, or you will not be offered the "free" oil change.

Call Leigh Toyota and talk to the manager-on-duty, Shane, who tells me that the dealership refuses to remedy the situation in any way. Have filed a complaint with the BBB and am currently seeking advice as to legal remedies.
