It's the creation of one of the biggest TV producers in history on a major streaming service, with a massive stand-up star as its lead.
As a former bookie (post college small operation) you would hear every excuse under the sun on people not paying. This show just dramatizes it to a whole new comedic level. It’s well written and not actually realistic but it’s a comedy people. They do a good job in portraying your scumbag bookie.
