22 Ιουλ 2022 · It is the longest bloomer of all the Texas rangers. The blossoms are fragrant, showy spikes of blue, lavender, purple, or violet, and they attract butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds. Chihuahuan sage likes full sun and reflected heat, but also takes some filtered shade.
This wonderful evergreen shrub has a loose, spiky form and small olive-green leaves. Its casual form makes it an ideal addition to native palettes. Periodically in the summer and fall, during periods of high humidity, it explodes with fragrant lavender flowers.
