28 Σεπ 2020 · Despite the Tv looking amazing when it worked, I can safely say I would never buy or recommend and LG to anyone I know considering how they treat their customers. TLDR; LG's customer service and warranty is dogshit and the more threads and reviews I read about it the more apparent it is.
LG has the worst customer service and if you look at the BBB site you can see tons of others with similar issues which LG mostly never resolves. I even saw online that LG told a customer that they don’t make refrigerators that last past the warranty.

28 Ιουν 2009 · I just bought an LG 47LH40 and I'm very happy with it, except for one thing: when running the audio through the TV speakers, there's a delay of about 0.25 seconds (the source is my cable box, Scientific Atlanta 8300hd using HDMI).

Shockingly poor customer service. I only bought my quite expensive LG OLED TV 6 months ago and i'm well within warranty. Really unhelpful and incompetent call centre staff who just want to get rid of you.
