Through this workshop, participants will (1) gain a greater understanding of LGBTQ identities and community needs, (2) learn tools for incorporating LGBTQ-inclusive practices into their daily lives, and (3) strengthen their skills in recognizing and interrupting anti-LGBTQ bias.
