LILETTA SUMMARY. LILETTA is a sterile, levonorgestrel- (LNG) releasing intrauterine system indicated for prevention of pregnancy for up to 4 years. The system should be replaced after 4 years if continued use is desired. The clinical trial of LILETTA indicates that less than 1 pregnancy is expected for every 100 women using LILETTA for one year.
