Chicago’s Lincoln Square is one of my favorite neighborhoods in the city. I always love exploring and walking the neighborhood. It has some great entertainment venues as well as some excellent shops, coffee bars and restaurants.
Having withstood waves of drastic physical and social change, Lincoln Square nonetheless retained its name for over 200 years, its basic shape for over 150 years, and its status as a center for culture and the arts for over 100 years. Lincoln Square on the North Side of Chicago, Illinois, is one of the city's 77 community areas. It encompasses the smaller neighborhoods of Ravenswood, Ravenswood Gardens, Bowmanville, Budlong Woods, as well as Lincoln Square itself.
