Never heard of Lively Wallpaper but you could use Rainmeter, in combination with Wallpaper Engine if you wished to do so. Just be aware that some skins could contain malicious content but the communities that house the content usually make note of it for other users.

27 Μαρ 2020 · This is really awesome, though I ran into some issues because I have a dual screen setup with Lively set to span. Tried to fix it myself but was unable to. It's not something that ruins the whole program, its just a bit odd. For some reason the fluid on my display 1 is only affected by mouse movement on display 2.
16 Νοε 2021 · No matter which wallpaper I select in the app, it just does not change my system wallpaper.. However the taskbar effects do work well. Any help would be appreciated. (I've tried both the manual install version and the MS store version, both have the same issue) (I'm on Windows 11 21H2, Lively Wallpaper v1.7.2.6) My old wallpaper just stays there
14 Ιουν 2020 · I love this wallpaper, but I have an issue with it. I tried disabling the time and date because I also use rainmeter. It disabled in the menu, but remained on the desktop. No biggie, but this morning I get up to it still showing yesterdays date. Still unable to make it go away. I switched back to another wallpaper. Any suggestions?
