1 Μαΐ 2021 · The bronchus of the middle lobe (ML) bifurcates into lateral (B4) and medial (B5) bronchi. The lobar bronchus of the RLL branches into five segmental bronchi: superior (B6), medial basal or paracardiac (B7), anterior basal (B8), lateral basal (B9) and posterior basal (B10).
17 Αυγ 2023 · As the main bronchi produce secondary bronchi; this subsequently ramifies into the respective lobar, segmental, and intersegmental divisions. The secondary bronchi supply the lobes of the lung, while the segmental branches will deliver oxygen to the respective segments.

Abstract. One of the purposes of this report is to illustrate the various sublobar bronchopulmonary segments as they are outlined by disease and to demonstrate the changes in size, configuration, and position which various pathological processes may induce in them.
