Mehra Milo and the Lost Prophecies is the ninth quest in the main questline of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, after "Corprus Cure." Speak with Caius Cosades in Balmora. Be promoted to Operative by Caius and become the de facto leader of the Blades in Vvardenfell.
26 Ιουλ 2020 · One way to check is to check your rank in the Blades faction, since your rank is raised in the same dialogue entry--you should have a rank of "Operative". If not, you might have skipped getting your "orders" before heading off to Vivec.
Make sure your Morrowind is patched with the last Bloodmoon patch (v.1.6.0.1820). MCP is not compatible with the Impulse or Gamefly download version due to the DRM wrapper around the game program.
