I can confirm my best DPPG ever (in recorded league play) was with a 3-1-2. Lots of league coaches really like a 3-0-2, as well, but I think, as the RNG switches it up, I would guess it's probably best not to stick with one formation every season.
Basically, you can submit scores for a season and have those scores go up against other players. It’s really the only way to do “multiplayer” retrobowl. r/RetroBowlLeagueReddit is the only Reddit league, but there’s more on twitter and discord. I highly recommend the Reddit league (RRL) because I play in it and it’s a ton of fun.
As for the current app, one suggestion I’d make – and I don’t know this is feasible with os and app constraints – would be to find a way so that we can import and share our different leagues, teams, colors, etc.
