Presentation. Young immunosupressed patient with a cough and fever. Patient Data. Age: 40 years. Gender: Male. Cavitating lung lesion. x-ray. A large cavity in the right mid to upper zone with a thin wall and a central air-fluid level. The remainder of the lungs are normal. Case Discussion.
