They sent 1 check, of course not for the full amount. 15 days later, I contacted BBB again, and Lustine finally submitted 2 more checks to my loan company. After 5 months they finally made it write! Is it worth dealing with this kind of business.
They think they're slick but I've not only filed a complaint with Toyota. I also filed a complaint with both USAA/Navy federal Car buying service. Who will file a complaint with this dealership Monday and remove this dealership off their car buying service.
