18 Μαΐ 2022 · I have a Macbook Pro 13" Early 2011 and I am trying to send audio/video to my TV TCL but all the settings recommended to activate the audio can't be performed because in the options of audio I only have "Internal Speakers" and Air Play for Kitchen TV (Another TV).

6 Οκτ 2022 · Go to System Preferences->Sound->Output, and make sure the Tv is selected as the output.
25 Ιουλ 2012 · If your MacBook Pro is 2010 or earlier, your mini-DVI to HDMI adapter will not carry sound at all, and you'll have to use a separate audio cable plugged into your headphone jack then plugged into the TV. If the TV doesn't have a port for this, you'll need to use external speakers.

24 Φεβ 2024 · To enable Audio from the TV’s speakers and NOT from MacBook Internal speakers – Open System Preferences > Sound, tap the Output tab, and select your TV as a device for sound output. Now sound would just come from your Television set.
