Book your time to join the line—it’s the only way to meet & take a photo with Santa. Read all the FAQs to prepare for your visit. This is the best way to stay up to date on the experience & answer any questions you may have. Include everyone in your party entering the attraction (adults, infants & children) when selecting group size.
To be able to see Santa you must have a reservation in advance. All bookings open 5 days before the desired date of visit (ie the first bookings start on 24 November). You should know that the reservation is free and ensures your presence in the queue at a specific time and not your visit to Santa.

7 Νοε 2022 · With more than 10.000 visitors daily, Christmas at Macy’s is an incredible experience. From stunning holiday windows on Herald Square to Santaland and the famous Holiday Lane on the 9th floor, Macy’s got you covered.
14 Νοε 2024 · Santaland officially kicks off on Black Friday at 10am and ends Christmas Eve (December 24, 2024). Seeing Santa at Macy’s is a very popular affair, so (free) advanced reservations are required. Reservations go live at 6:30am (EDT) daily and can be reserved 5 days in advance.
25 Νοε 2024 · Macy's Santaland opens each day when the store opens (most days, that's 10am) and closes at 9pm. Monday through Wednesday mornings are a good bet. Admission to Macy's Santaland 2024 is FREE, but you'll be hard-pressed to pass up a photo package of your cutie with Santa as you exit. Prices start at $39.99. Digital packages are also available.
