3 Αυγ 2015 · I am running MagicJack on a Windows 10 PC and it works fine. Use AlphaOmegaAB's suggestion, above, by unplugging the MJ from your USB port and plugging it back in. An MJ tech support agent suggested the same thing, but wait about 20 seconds before plugging it back in. That worked for me.
