22 Μαρ 2017 · Remove any items from the scanner glass and automatic document feeder (ADF), then close the scanner lid. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer and from the wall outlet or power strip.

3 Αυγ 2015 · I am running MagicJack on a Windows 10 PC and it works fine. Use AlphaOmegaAB's suggestion, above, by unplugging the MJ from your USB port and plugging it back in. An MJ tech support agent suggested the same thing, but wait about 20 seconds before plugging it back in.
Remove and replace the separation pad/roller module as described in the instructions included with the replacement kit.
