If your checked baggage arrived damaged, you'll need to report the damage within 7 days of receiving your bag. Our appointed agents will assess the damage and let you know if your bag can be repaired.

You are allowed to carry one piece of cabin bag, not exceeding 7kg or 10kg(business class) (verified by Batik Air staff) and/or 1 laptop bag or 1 handbag onboard, each of which should not exceed the size dimensions.
19 Ιουν 2019 · Luggage check-in is available at KL Sentral if you are boarding a flight (from airlines Malaysia Airlines, Malindo Air and Cathay Pacific Airways) at KLIA airport. The KL Sentral luggage check-in service is offered exclusively to KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit passengers.
