5 Απρ 2023 · Newfoundland and Labrador is a province located in eastern Canada. It is the most easterly province in the country, and it shares its eastern and southern borders with the Atlantic Ocean. To the north, it is bordered by the Labrador Sea, while Quebec lies to the west.

The border between the province of Quebec and the province of Newfoundland and Labrador is the longest interprovincial border in Canada. It stretches for more than 3,500 kilometres (2,200 mi) on land, and, according to both provincial governments, also contains a maritime part.

Today this looped route runs from the border of Québec at Labrador City to the Atlantic Ocean, tracing the coast back to the southern Québec border. Recently renamed Expedition 51, this highway is a thoroughfare for the adventurer.
Most travellers will take the ferry from Nova Scotia to either Port aux Basques or Argentia, and there are ferry routes for travelling between the island and Labrador. You can also drive to Labrador from the mainland of Canada, via Québec.
