11 Οκτ 2021 · A broader approach to marine conservation involves the protection of priority biodiversity areas, habitats, or ecosystems in the form of spatial conservation measures, such as Marine Protected Areas (MPAs), marine reserves or closures from fisheries or mining activities.
Marine Biodiversity is a peer-reviewed international journal devoted to all aspects of biodiversity research in marine ecosystems and in particular, encourages contributions dealing with the understanding of the evolution and maintenance of biodiversity in marine systems and the role of species in structuring marine ecosystem functioning.
