Semester Abroad Applications. (Fall, Spring, and Academic Year Abroad) Please read before applying: All applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50, and sophomore, junior or senior status in order to participate in Marist Abroad. Higher GPAs are required for most programs.

Marist College is a highly selective comprehensive liberal arts institution known for its leadership in the use of technology both in and out of the classroom. Established in 1929, the college campus overlooks the Hudson River in Poughkeepsie, New York, located between New York City and Albany.
The majority of Marist College’s programmes are held at the main campus is in Poughkeepsie, in New York, USA, about 90 minutes north of New York City. An additional campus in Florence, Italy offers several bachelor’s degrees, with many other opportunities to study abroad.
Marist College was recently ranked second in semester-length study abroad and academic-year study abroad programs for master’s level colleges and universities in the latest Open Doors report, a U.S. Department of State-sponsored report, for the 2019–2020 academic year.
