Please do not visit any office of the City Clerk unless you have scheduled an appointment and have a received a confirmation email. You can schedule an in-person appointment for a Marriage Ceremony, Marriage License, and other select services through Project Cupid.

9 Μαρ 2024 · Some locations, such as New York City, allow you to fill out the application online. This will make the in-person application process faster. Both parties must still appear at the clerk's office to complete the application and sign the application.
If either you or your prospective spouse is under the age of 18 years, you are required to have written parental consent to obtain a Marriage License and you may not apply for a Marriage License online.

Then, log onto the Project Cupid website to upload your ID, verify each applicant’s identity, pay a $35 license fee, and schedule your appointment for a future date with the City Clerk.
