6 Μαΐ 2024 · The Maryland Judiciary completed its statewide implementation of the Maryland Electronic Courts (MDEC) case management system on May 6, 2024. Pursuant to Maryland Rule 20-106, electronic-filing (e-filing) by attorneys is mandatory in all courts throughout the state. View the e-filing brochure.
E-filing is available for filing into the Supreme Court of Maryland and the Appellate Court of Maryland. E-filing is mandatory for attorneys but optional for self-represented litigants. See MD Rule 20-106.
