Then you must download a Report Request Form. Complete the form and mail it with any applicable fees (make check or money order payable to MDTA or Maryland Transportation Authority). Please include a self-addressed, stamped, business-sized envelope with your request and payment.

Here you can request records, incident reports, public information, and crash reports. All requests for records will be done so in accordance with agency policy, the Maryland Public Information Act (MPIA) Title 4 of the General Provisions Article, and applicable court & judiciary rules.
MARYLAND TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY POLICE REPORT REQUEST. If you would like to obtain a copy of a police report, please wait at least seven (7) business days from the date of the incident and then contact the Central Records Unit at (410) 537-7710 to process your request.
