Made using grapes from the Mas d’en Xes and Mas Vell vineyards, the Perinet 2016 is deep ruby in colour with hints of purple. The aromas are of ripe red fruits, rich balsamic, and baking spices with hints of vanilla and coconut (from time spent in both French and American oak).
