Course Objectives: Students should (a) learn algebra and its applications to science and engineering (b) learn about slope and its relationship to average rates of change, (c) understand how to recognize functions, operations on functions and graph of functions, (d) understand many practical applications of systems of equations.
Course Description: Topics include integration, applications of integration, series, exponential and logarithmic functions, transcendental functions, polar coordinates, and conic sections. Prerequisites: MATH 111 with a grade of C or better or MATH 132 with a grade of C or better.

Prerequisite: MATH 107 with a grade of C or better or MATH 110 with a grade of C or better or NJIT placement. An introduction to mathematics of business, principles of differential and integral calculus, and optimization.
