14 Μαΐ 2024 · Republic Act No. 11466 (also known as the Salary Standardization Law of 2019) was signed into a law last January 8, 2020 by former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte. It was implemented into four tranches. The ongoing salary grade for this year 2024 is still using the Fourth Tranche.
The updated Salary Schedule for Civilian Personnel will be implemented in four (4) tranches, from Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 to FY 2027. This Circular applies to all civilian government personnel, now existing or

The specified rates in the Salary Increase Tables illustrate the monthly compensation scheduled for regular and contractual government workers irrespective of their full-time employment status or appointment, whether elective or appointive.
The Salary Grade (SG) in the Philippines ranges from 1 to 33, determining government workers’ monthly pay based on job difficulty and responsibilities. Each grade has 8 steps for pay progression, except for SG 33 which has only two steps.

With the new Salary Standardization Law VI and Executive Order No. 64, there will be major changes to ensure government workers are paid fairly considering inflation and productivity.
