Meet the Team. The Meet the Team videos are a series of computer-animated shorts starring the various classes of Team Fortress 2. The clips have their origins in audition scripts for the voice actors who played the likes of the Heavy, the Sniper, and the rest of the characters in the game.
[As Do You Believe In Magic? begins playing, the view from the Pyro's eyes shows colourful hills, lollipops, floating cats and quaint villages. The Pyro's flame thrower appears in their hands as an unusually-shaped brass instrument, spraying a rainbow-coloured mist over ground, causing colourful flowers to spring from the lawn in front of them ...
In Meet the Pyro, Heavy says 'I fear no man, but that thing… it scares me.' Scout, on the other hand, refers to the Pyro as 'he' (but the caption for the line is "He's not here, is she?"). Their storage locker carries a woman's purse, and their Director's Vision taunt flips between masculine and feminine poses.
30 Σεπ 2024 · The official short film Meet the Pyro shows that the Pyro is highly feared by the other mercs, including their own teammates; the Pyro themself, however, sees the world through "Pyro-vision", and believes that their war crimes against mercs are in fact acts of kindness towards cherub-like creatures.
