I’ve been with them for over a year. No complaint at all. Two features I like particularly: the ability to set your own monthly payment online (if you’re suspecting you’re paying too much or not enough) and the fact that you can request them to call you instead of waiting on hold at the call centre.
Biggest scam ever. Simulated our monthly energy cost on around 250eur, which was 100eur cheaper than the the contract I had. Got my first invoice: 700eur per month. What a scam this is. Immediately switched back and blocked all payments. Date of experience: October 01, 2021
12 Αυγ 2018 · It’s a scam company so you better stay away from Mega. This kind of companies should be banned in Europe. To begin with they lied to me to persuade me to switched to them from my previous supplier and sign the contract with them.
I had a fixed contract at Mega till 18/11/2021 and since then I had a variable and eventually switched to another company on 28/02. Now I got my final invoice from mega and as you can guess it's mega veel.
When searching for the cheapest options for electricity and gas it suprises me that mega seems almost 20% cheaper than the other ones? What's the catch? Does anyone has Mega, what are there pros and cons?
22 Φεβ 2022 · Elke dag leest "De Inspecteur" nieuwe klachten over Mega in zijn mailbox. Test Aankoop kan erover meespreken: de consumentenorganisatie registreerde in 2021 881 klachten over de leverancier. En ook de ombudsman voor Energie heeft intussen een dik dossier van maar liefst 2.573 klachten voor het jaar 2021 alleen.
