That is where they first download & stored when subscribed to a mod, then a copy is transferred to the Steam\SteamApps\common\Men of War Assault Squad 2\mods folder when you re-start the game. First go inside your AS2 folder and open /resource/ and extract gamelogic.pak to get your properties folder, main files to be concerned with for most conflicting mods: human.ext human_fsm.ext
To use this mod what you need to do is basically take the '100pAG' folder and extract/place it within the 'mods' folder in the game directory. If for some reason it isn't there, you'll need to create that folder and then place the mod within it.
