The Virtual Mentoring Portal provides unstructured (internal, monitored email) or structured (research-back curriculum) communications and provides mentoring programs with virtual mentoring access for existing mentees and their mentors.
The CPSFL mentoring programs are based on Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring™. Mentors and mentees meet and participate in supervised, structured activities at school-based sites during traditional, after-school hours: Monday through Friday from 2:30 - 6:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
