Mentoring Across Borders (MAB) aims to support, through lifelong learning, the educational, professional and personal development of people by developing, testing and validating an intergenerational, cross-border mentoring programme occurring between older, experienced people (mentors, 50+) and young mentees (18-30y.o.) at risk of marginalization.

The cornerstone MentorSHPE program is a three-month mentoring connection focusing on two to five goals. Mentoring matches will work together to define expectations, determine goals and a corresponding action plan, and outline milestones to track progress. Mentees can select mentors based on alignment of goals, specific needs, or characteristics.
