MenACWY Recommendations. Administer MenACWY at age 11 or 12 years with a booster dose at 16 years of age. Administer 1 dose at age 13 through 15 years if not previously vaccinated. For persons vaccinated at age 13 through 15 years, administer a one-time booster dose, preferably at or after 16 through 18 years of age.
