Overlooking the serene blue waters of the lovely Seyhan river, Merkez Park is a colossal public park stretching over an area of 33 hectares (82 acres). This green space is owned and managed by Adana Metropolitan Municipality, and features several attractive features, including a huge amphitheater and a skating court.
Spread across 74 acres in the west bank of Seyhan river, the park starts from Sabanci Mosque to Galleria Shopping mall. The park also has an amphitheater, a popular venue for events and concerts.
