You can find that information on our personal property page: search for your personal property account by name or address, then click on your account. Your owner ID is your personal property account number which begins with the letter ‘I’ as in ‘Individual’, followed by numbers.
Once you have logged in, under “Available Filings”, select “File Personal Property Declaration” to begin. You will also be able to view any filings you have submitted under this email account, any messages you receive from the online system, and your account information.
