27 Ιουλ 2009 · This time I'm reviewing Miami Law, a crime-themed action-adventure game for the DS released by Hudson Entertainment. Billed by the developer as "worthy of its own prime-time TV show," Miami Law boasts five cases full of realistic crime scene drama, exciting action sequences as well as brain-teasing puzzles, and the ability to swap between two ...
9 Ιουν 2009 · Five missions offer a solid amount of play time, but you won’t want to be revisiting this drama when it’s all said and done. Miami Law is a simple, short, and thoroughly ridiculous buddy-cop...
there are no long reviews here but look under my games tab and most ratings are 7-10 so its good.
Read Review (60%) Miami Law isn't horrible. But its fast-paced 24-style plot just doesn’t mesh with the slow and methodical gameplay found in point-and-click titles like these. Adventure fans will certainly find some enjoyment in Miami Law, but not much. There are just too many better point-and-click games for the DS out there.
22 Σεπ 2009 · Miami Law could have been an edge-of-your-seat adventure game, a mash-up of 24 and Hotel Dusk. Unfortunately it takes too long getting to the point and is rarely fun along the way. Worst of all, once you finally solve the cases you're left having to justify enormous plot holes and lame twists.
9 Ιουν 2009 · Miami Law is an action-adventure game packed with all of the ingredients of a prime-time TV show: an intricate storyline with a shadowy terrorist conspiracy, furious shoot-outs in abandoned warehouses, challenging crime-scene detective work and more.
Weighing in at five cases, Miami Law isn't a terribly long game nor is it terribly original, but for what it is -- a rather mindless police point and click -- it's a decent enough adventure. Miami Law is a simple, short, and thoroughly ridiculous buddy-cop graphic adventure steeped in mediocrity. A package riddled with niggles. [Sept 2009, p.69]
