FIRE PREVENTION CODE (EXCERPT) Act 207 of 1941 29.5h Bureau of fire services; duties generally. Sec. 5h. After notification is made pursuant to section 5g, the bureau shall do the following: (a) Determine, with the organized fire department of the area in which the incident occurred, the emergency measures to be taken.
