The Multiple Pistol Sales Record (RI-060a) form is used only by federally licensed firearm (FFL) dealers when purchasing multiple pistols from a single seller on the same date of purchase, in lieu of filling out multiple RI-060's. This form allows space for 14 pistols. If more than 14 are purchased, additional RI-060a's are required.
One of the following is mandatory when completing this form for a pistol sale: Purchaser’s Concealed Pistol License (CPL) Number; Purchaser’s Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES) Number; or Purchaser's Federal Firearms License (FFL) Number.

If you don’t have your Michigan CPL, you must get a permit to purchase from your local police department prior to taking possession of the pistol. Buyers Must: Be age 21 or older. Have a valid purchase permit (form RI-010) Be a resident of Michigan. Be eligible to own a firearm. The Process:
1 Οκτ 2021 · In order to buy a pistol in Michigan, the purchaser must be a state resident and have either a valid Michigan CPL or a License to Purchase a Pistol. The latter can be received at any police or sheriff's office within the state. The license is valid for 30 days.
