You are probably speaking about the Ribbon or perhaps about the Quick Access Toolbar. Both are configurable in A2019: File > Options > Customize Ribbon or Quick Access Toolbar.
22 Ιουλ 2016 · Initially after a reboot Access works fine. subsequently, when I open Access itself, or open a MDB or accdb file, I don't have any ribbon or menu. If I reboot and repeat the same steps, the ribbon and menu reappear. Ctrl F1 has no affect.
14 Νοε 2006 · I go to the Start Menu in Windows, Click Run and type msaccess /safe and the toolbar came back. The better way is in VB Code, type this command in the the immediate window CommandBars(3).Enabled = true and that will bring back the menu tool bar in Access.

Create a new Module, or select an existing one, and insert the following code at the end: Function recoverToolbar() DoCmd.ShowToolbar "Ribbon", acToolbarYes. End Function. Then press F5 to run your code, and your toolbar will reappear. Share.

20 Ιουν 2002 · I've been experiencing the same problem where the menu and toolbars for any databases on my machine have disappeared. Even if i try to create a new database my menubar does not show up. Using Ghudson's code I can show the toolbars in the database that I've put the original code.
