It only comes with 1TB of OneDrive space per user. In a business setting (not consumer) the adminstrator may grant the user up to 5TB of OneDrive.
This is a Microsoft Office 365 account that activates up to 5 devices on all supported platforms including Windows , macOS (the latest macOS Sonoma is also supported), Android , iOS , iPadOS , Tablets. You can install and activate as many times as you want on all 5 devices.
31 Οκτ 2023 · This license provides 5TB of storage per user. As Microsoft 365 Administrator, go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Billing > Purchase services > search and buy the OneDrive for business (Plan 2) license. Then assign the license to that user.
3 Σεπ 2018 · Is there a way that I can access the full 5TB I am allowed (in 1TB units) on a single device? I have tried creating separate MS accounts and inviting that user, but when I accept OneDrive for that account still only shows the free 5GB allowance, and not the 1TB.
