This ultimately fixed it for me, after trying several things including a reinstall and many listed in this thread: Find the game's installation folder. Mine was in C:\XboxGames\Dune- Spice Wars\Content\. But you can find it via the gamepass app if you right-click on the game and browse for files.
Reinstall the Gaming Services app on your Windows 10/11 device: Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator. In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter: get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
