Poor impatient customer service. got them to come repair a brand new oven twice and its still not working. was on the phone with customer service and they were not polite and was very impatient to try and find the best steps forward with this.

22 Αυγ 2022 · Miele is a luxury brand with no customer service in the States. If you are thinking of buying go online and check the cost of simple repair parts. I've had astonishingly poor service from Miele. Got a new washer and dryer. Didn't work. It has taken almost one year to get it replaced.
